Junior High GO Mission Trip
Parents:
Junior High GO is a special program for junior high students at Palm Valley Church, to give them an opportunity to serve Christ and put their faith into action in a way that is challenging and fun. The 2009-2010 Junior High GO Mission Trip will be January 15-18, 2010. Students will be staying at a church in Tucson, AZ, and participating in various service projects. Weekly equipping sessions will be on Saturday nights beginning November 7th.
If you would like your son or daughter to be a part of Junior High GO, there will be a mandatory Parents Informational Meeting that you will need to attend. The meeting will be on Saturday November 7th from 6:30-7:30 in the Student Ministries room at Desert Edge High School.
If you want your student to develop a heart for God and provide an opportunity for the Lord to stretch their “limits,” then this program is for him/her.
This unique program and trip is free of charge but students must attend the weekly equipping meetings.
I highly encourage you to get your student plugged in to this trip. It will be a great time for them to learn more about Christ, go deeper in their faith, and make some new friends in the Junior High Ministry.
